1.  Elect the Charman of the meeting.

2.  Provisional nomination of the following committee posts (until the November 2012 Annual General meeting): Vice-President, Secretary and Director of Communication.

3.  Merging of the Direction of Finance with the Direction of Membership, thus provisional elimination of the post of Director of Membership.

4.  Provisional elimination of the post of Director of Special Projects

5.  Tournaments:

      a)  Membership fees to be related to tournament entry fees

      b)  Management of tournaments

6.  Comment and suggestions

7.  Adjournment
